We ship every Veloura order with care. Here's everything you need to know before and after you place your order.

Delivery Times

Standard tracked shipping: 7–14 business days. Most orders arrive closer to the 7-day end of that window. During peak periods (holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), please allow a few extra days.

Free Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with full tracking. Once your tracking number is issued, you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are outside our control.
