We want you to love your Veloura order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — it's as simple as that.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue in your message.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, personalised or engraved items, and items showing signs of wear cannot be returned. If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing.
